ABOUT ME
Maintaining the
Human Connection
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to maintaining the human connection. That belief is what first drew me to naturopathic medicine, strengthened my work as a birth and postpartum doula, and continues to shape how I mentor students, educate healthcare professionals, and design programs that improve workplace and community health. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood - something too often missing within our healthcare system. My goal is to create spaces where people feel supported, empowered, and equipped to thrive.

A lover of dancing and anime, a strong believer that "love is love," and a holder of balance between science and mysticism. Life and humans fascinate me - I wish for peace on earth, and I'm here to adventure and explore with you.
Ways we can work together

FOR WORKPLACES & COMMUNITIES
Workplace & community health
I partner with organizations to develop innovative health programs, strengthen clinical operations, and build systems that support both providers and the communities they serve — plus engaging presentations for conferences, workplaces, and community groups.

My Journey
My career in the wellness field began at 18 with a co-op placement in a chiropractic clinic. From there, I spent over a decade working on the administrative side of multidisciplinary healthcare while completing my undergraduate and naturopathic medical education. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the operational systems that allow exceptional patient care to happen. Along the way, I also worked in the nutraceutical industry — both as a supplement company representative and in retail — gaining valuable insight into evidence-informed supplementation and the wellness marketplace.
As a naturopathic doctor, I've built a diverse career that bridges clinical care, healthcare innovation, education, and business development. My experience includes a cancer care residency, advancing the role of naturopathic medicine in motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, and providing comprehensive birth and postpartum care in homes and hospitals alongside nurses, obstetricians, and midwives. I've also advocated for the profession through association work and scope advancement initiatives.
Beyond clinical practice, I co-founded and helped grow Your Downtown Doula from a two-person start-up into a thriving collective of 26 doulas within my first eight years of practice. Building sustainable systems, developing teams, and creating collaborative models of care have become as rewarding to me as caring for patients themselves.
